Warriors Training Camps aren’t just for those who are experts in their games. But for those too who have started their journey now and are striving to move forward. We’ve planned to be in their shoes and guide the youth athletes throughout each step of the process in order to build the best within.
Being a part of an exciting Warriors Training Camp in a challenging and motivating atmosphere, will help you to succeed alongside with other dedicated individuals of all ages striving towards similar goals.
The best thing about the camp are the facilities provided to all the campers. Our all-inclusive environment was developed to support athletes while providing them with the resources needed to achieve their dreams. These includes the best equipment required for the specific training, best nutrition and diet to help the athletes stay healthy, best training plans to enhance their abilities, along with motivation provided throughout the camp. We work on specific training like cardio, flexibility, strength training, agility exercises, plyometrics, isometric, hand techniques, foot techniques, supervising and analyzing student’s performance and more. Our training sessions are focused on both fitness and technical skills, with a variety of exercises designed to increase flexibility, improve stamina and enhance coordination, regardless of your skill level. We train in both Kyorugi (Sparring) and Poomsae (Patterns) starting from the basic level to the professional, thus, to help the athletes of all groups to hone their skills.
