Taekwondo is not only a combat sport, but is also a way of life for enthusiasts around the globe. Today, it has become a global sport that has gained an international reputation, and stands among the official games in the Olympics. Taekwondo was included as a demonstration sport in the Seoul 1988 & Barcelona 1992 Olympic Games. Then Taekwondo made its Olympic debut as an official sport at Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Taekwondo as an Olympic Sport is practiced by 211 countries worldwide and is a major sporting event in Olympics, Asian Games, European Games, Pan American Games, Universiade.
Taekwondo means “the art of kicking and punching.” It beautifully blends combat, entertainment, exercise, philosophy, sport, self-defense and technique.

YOGA CAMP
Yoga is an ancient practice that involves physical postures, deep breathing and concentration. Yoga is about connecting body, mind and soul. A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination and calmness. It helps in boosting physical and mental wellness. Yoga helps in reducing stress, anxiety, depression and enhancing overall well-being and quality of life. Yoga helps to bring a balance in mental, physical and emotional health of an individual.

Both Residential and Non-residential training camps are available specially for yoga only. Both Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Shivananda Yoga are being taught. We have a well-designed Training plan which includes Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, etc. Our Yoga Training Plan is not only working on burning fat but also aimed at improving flexibility.

MMA CONDITIONING CAMP
Mixed Martial arts (MMA), sometimes referred to as cage fighting, No Holds Barred (NHB), and Ultimate Fighting, is a full-contact combat sport based on striking, grappling and ground fighting, incorporating techniques from various combat sports from around the world.
Since the inception of modern MMA, we have learned how essential it is to properly blend some fundamental styles of martial arts (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Wresting, Judo, Sambo and others). During these years of learning and development, there has always been a lack of formalized training and conditioning from a scientific perspective. There have been too many training injuries, fights lost due to poor conditioning, dehydration, lack of flexibility, and a lack of understanding of the “science” of the body.
you will be taught here the Exercise physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, sports nutrition, sports psychology and conditioning program design (all as it pertains to MMA). In addition, you will learn the most effective and proven strength and conditioning drills training specific to MMA from MMA Conditioning Coach Mr. Ambika Prasad Dash to make your body and mind as a professional MMA Fighter.
The Camper must be age of 14 years and above.

WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENCE CAMP
Rape, molestation, kidnapping and murder are the most common forms of crime against women in India. The women in India are also vulnerable to acid attacks and eve-teasing.
Here we teach to empower the girls through Self Defence to keep them safe from violence, rape, battering and abuse, sexual assault, harassment and various other crimes committed against them. Various studies have shown that the criminals tend to choose their targets when the victims are unaware of the surroundings. Hence, it is time that each girl become vigilant and totally aware of their surroundings. The Coach strongly believes that giving women the tools, skills and techniques will give them a greater chance for having a safer, happier and more productive life.
Your ability to detect, defuse or defend yourself rests on your shoulders. Self Defence skills and knowledge helps you avoid violent situations and better prepare you for dealing with them when/where avoidance is not possible. We will focus on both striking and grappling techniques for standing and ground situations – as most attackers will attempt to get the victim to the ground in the majority of cases. Our classes will put you in real-life situations so you can train yourself to think and react quickly. The aim is to gain confidence in yourself and your abilities to identify, avoid and protect yourself against a dangerous assailant.
Our Self Defence program teaches realistic Self-Defence skills that are easy to learn, simple, effective, and address the problems we face today. Personal safety awareness, reality-based training, reality-based scenarios, adrenaline response, and situational awareness are just a few of the topics we cover. Our program also teaches you to defend yourself against common attacks both hand-to-hand and weapons. We use scenario-based training where students get a hands on feel for what a Self Defence situation is like and also teach you preventing and responding to such situations. You will learn practical, proven Self-Defence skills effective against real life attacks that will make you safer and more secure.
The Camper must be age of 13 years and above.

KID’S TAEKWONDO CAMP
Taekwondo is a great activity for children. This Camp helps children in the overall growth. We accept children from 5 to 10 years old for this program. We provide training to children in taekwondo techniques, which include punching, kicking and how to use the upper and lower body effectively for improving their technical skill, growth of overall health, confidence building, professional competence and personal mastery. Our programme consists of a warm-up, stretching, physical conditioning, speed exercises, patterns, kicks to the target, board breaking, basic combat techniques and the session ends with a proper cooling-down of the body. This program has been designed specifically for children, focusing on perfect balance and overall fitness in their body and mind. They can gain a greater sense of self-confidence and peace of mind.
This program is a perfect mix of fun, martial arts, confidence building and skill development, which children simply love! All students are treated as individuals. Each student is constantly encouraged to achieve their personal best. After getting admission into this program of our Camp, you will notice that important skills are developing in the child, including confidence, activity, discipline, physical condition and personal growth. At our Camp, we carefully monitor your kid’s success and results to ensure that they are moving towards their goals.

KID’S YOGA CAMP
Children today are under a lot of stress. Homework, pressure to compete with other children, endless after school activities, over – scheduling – it all adds up. It is very alarming how many children are suffering from psychosomatic disorders such as sleeping disturbances, eating disturbances, headaches and very often wrong posture like drooping shoulders as well as stress related to pressure, competition and aggression in school.
To help children cope, we must find a way of exercise that involves the whole body, the unity of body, soul and mind. Yoga helps them to develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination. They can carry these skills beyond class into their daily routines. Yoga is the way to come back to this unity, to come back to perfect balance. Yoga is movement combined with correct breathing and meditation. It makes the child alert, strong, healthy and confident. Yoga greatly helps children to cope with day-to-day pressures. Yoga has also been shown to help the hyperactive and attention deficit child. These children crave movement and sensory / motor stimulus, yoga helps channel these impulses in a positive way.
Open to kids between 5-10 years, it is a unique and exciting way for your child to spend the Vacation. The children are never bored. They are encouraged to explore every aspect of their lives, physical, mental and spiritual. Children learn the practice of yoga, how to meditate (sit quietly for the younger ones!) and just as importantly through a wide-range of activities to share, to give, to have compassion, to broaden their minds, and to develop discipline. We have a fun filled, participative yoga Curriculum, which helps to channelize a child’s creative energy.
